FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  1. DELIVERY PERIOD - estimated delivery time is 3-5 working days ( 3-10 days during festive and peak seasons ) .  ( covid 19 could cause delays which could impact our estimations , these delays are outside our control)                         NB: eft orders are only sent out once your transfer reflects in our account and the above delivery estimation will only be effective from the date your funds reflects  
  2. COLLECTION - collection time and location will be confirmed via WhatsApp once your order payment has been cleared and your order has been packed and processed .once payment is cleared please allow 3 business days (3-10 days during festive season ) for order processing before your order may be collected ( collection can and will only take place in primrose  park , Cape Town  
  3. ORDER TRACKING- all orders will be confirmed with a confirmation email , once your order gets processed you will then receive a tracking number . ( order processing could take up to 2 calendar days  during new collection launch periods and sale periods ) .

  5. SIZING - please click here for our size chart , our sizes are inline with South African sizes however our fits do for the most part are more relaxed and spacious than most brands . 

  6. PAYMENT - you may select between eft , instant eft and online payment ( secured  by pay fast ) .When using the eft method please ensure that you use your order number as a reference and that you forward your proof of payment to hello@etherealbespoke.com to avoid processing delays .
